Diets Sodas - Do They Harm or Help?
Thursday, February 19th, 2009If you’re on a diet and drinking diet sodas you are doing more harm to your body than helping it.
Sodas destroy the integrity of the esophageal, stomach and intestinal lining. If you doubt that, pour soda, any of your favorites, on your car.
By the way, when you do and after you see that the paint is removed, do not come back here with any insurance claims.
DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Having said that, diet soda contains some rather insidious sweeteners that rise to the top of the cans. Ergo, my sources have it that cans should be “turned and rotated”. Whatever.
In the case of intense heat, those substances turn into a toxic chemical. See the excerpt below:
Aspartame poisoning. Large quantities of aspartame sweetened diet soft drinks were provided to Gulf War troops, often times sitting in high temperature conditions. This artificial sweetener breaks down at roughly 85 °F (29.5 °C) into, among other things, methanol, formaldehyde, diketopiperazine and formic acid.
Taken from the sites: Aspartame Gulf War Syndrome; Gulf War Syndrome, Aspartame.
Just begin typing in those terms. You will find plenty of controversial materials and enough evidence to wean you from soda forever.
One doctor states that in a clinical study diet soda ate holes in the brains of mice. Well of course if it will eat through your paint it will eat up tissue.
Right?
In any instance you will gain weight with soda, diet or not. You ruin your kidneys and any hope of good digestion. Drink that with ice.
And don’t believe the conglomerates that are invested in these huge corporations. They’re getting paid to lie to get your money.
Meantime I have a wonderful twenty-some year old experience of my dear friends Leon and Roberta Phillips. Enjoy!
