Besides eliminating toxins in your home, Organic textiles feel rich and luxurious. Organic cotton means everything in the case of optimal health, well being, and natural comfort for you and your family. Organic bedding feels luxurious and will make a world of difference in the healing that sleep time provides.

Always choose organic cotton and wool for your home, especially for those sleep times. Studies prove optimal sleeping conditions require breathable surfaces.  Only organic bedding and natural sleepwear can provide that; in fact, recovering patients are far more comfortable, and heal better with non-toxic and chemical free organic bedding.

From the foods we eat to the linens we sleep on and the clothes we wear we want the highest result possible.  It isn’t possible to be healthy while eating foods derived from abused animals, nor can we sleep on bedding created with chemically grown and sprayed elements. Those items are toxic

When you buy organic you reap the benefits in family health, reduce medical costs, have peace of mind and also know that you are giving to a great project. Keeping our rain forests safe is of the utmost importance both on a physical and a spiritual level. Think of sustainability as the ultimate savings or trust account for your children because it is.

Be part of that huge and conscious movement now taking place that demands intelligent and conscientious care of animals and plants used for all uses. When consumers demand that animals not be abused for consumption and greed; and once consumers demand plants not be sprayed with toxic chemicals and contaminants, growers of all sorts will respond to meet those demands.  Be a part of the emerging wave of earth’s conscious effort to live in harmony with its environment.

The ultimate savings account for your children is a sustainable green earth. http://www.babynurserybeddingonline.com”>Organics today for your natural baby, a green earth tomorrow. Transformation Coaching

To transform is to renovate, change, alter or makeover.  When I think of that in terms of making over a room in my home, I automatically think of the tear out process, slightly a mess.  Let’s consider why for a bit here.

First of all we’ll consider that room, and having been a contractor for awhile I want to play and pretend it’s the bathroom.  Part of the flooring is pulled back to discover a wet sub floor; there is mold setting in all along the wall board.  In fact it’s the smell that prompted the initial “look see” in the first place.  What is the gut reaction?  Of course it is usually I can’t afford this right now, either the time and life energy for the mess and construction or the cost of the project.  So, would you cover it back up, maybe buy air freshener and hope it went away?  Of course not, you handle it because all of a sudden this project becomes the focus of the household.

The bathroom is a room in the house and yet it has a cry for help we might say.  How do any of us respond or react when our physical, emotional, spiritual or mental nature asks for help in some way?

Self transformation, the thought of beginning yet another course, enrolling in coaching with a good Coach, signing up for another week long seminar can seem just as daunting a task.  And before I write any further I am not suggesting that you or anything about you is moldy, or needs to have a tear out;   that is, anything but the thoughts about: who you think you are, what you can do or are allowed to accomplish, how much of life is ready to support you, and how worthy you really are to accept all the good the Universe, God or Source wants you to have.  It is old self-programming, the suggestions so readily accepted by the subconscious mind that are up for a makeover.

During Transformational Coaching, your Coach reminds who you really are while helping you to align your purpose with your life’s passions, assists you to handle any “tear outs” and not stay stuck in them, all the while mapping out a life that feels good to you, the one living it.

So, is it time for a tear out?  Are there any thoughts standing in your way?  Transformation can be fun; it definitely will make room for all new to come to you.

Namaste’
