Coaching that Takes You Beyond Conflict to Resolution, Personal Growth

and Self Acceptance

What would you create if all of the past beliefs you ever held to be true for you were dissolved, resolved?  What could you do if you were free to choose anything you could imagine? Did you know that the only thing standing in the way of a great today and a greater tomorrow are any past beliefs that are constricting your every move? Did you ever think that the gift you were given by Divine Creator, that creative possibility within each one of us could be so misunderstood throughout millennia that we would actually use the gift to our own detriment? Would you like to create a new Reality?  You can! You can!

Ellen
is a loving and compassionate wellness coach and facilitator. Her experience and practice of various techniques spans nineteen years

Ellen is a graduate of Jack Canfield's Breakthrough to Success, basic and advanced trainings. She currently works with Jack in a more focused group called Platinum Mastermind which meets four times a year in the setting of only thirty people. Ellen considers Jack a loving, genuine and seasoned mentor and feels privileged to experience his guidance.

Ellen has been developing her skills as a coach of the Sedona Method since January 2007. Working with Hale Dwoskin and experiencing his love for people and intuitive nature is an adventure. We can all use a bit of Hale's "giggle juice therapy."

Ellen has lovingly filled the capacity of facilitator and wellness coach since 1990 when she began as a Rebirthing Breath Coach. From 1990 through 1993 she developed a successful private practice in Sacramento, California. From 1993 - 1996 she was the lead trainer at Rebirth International. Over the last 19 years she has had the opportunity to facilitate over a thousand private sessions and train over three hundred persons in that technique.

When Outside Inspiration Hits a Wall Within

Sondra Ray said that love brings up everything unlike itself. Brilliant!

So what can we expect when we have a burning desire to take a step in an expanded direction?

Yes, what do we do when our best intentions to be better, feel more, do more, have and give more seem to be thwarted by the very desires themselves. Ouch!! How painful! It was almost better not to want anything greater in the first place — right? At least if we talk ourselves into believing that, we can always say the same old things many people say: "Oh, only the rich get richer:" and "All the really great guys are taken, and by the best looking women;" or "How can I make any more money, or get an education for a better position when I have to work hard to make the money I have now?"

And, when we defend our position for staying stuck with some of those all-too-familiar cop-outs we find plenty of people to agree with us.

Yes, we find lots of support to stay in the same place we've always been, so we can do the same things we've always done, and with the same people we've always done those things with. And it doesn't seem to hurt quite as bad as failure to achieve that dream, or fear of failure, or rejection by that really great person, or fear of that rejection. Really, all of the aforementioned: failure, rejection, and fear of both often feel as close to death as a person can imagine it. And, when we incorporate feelings of failure, fear or rejection as who we are, we usually do not feel well.  That's where a trained Wellness Coach can help.

Thought is Creative
Let's say for a while, you give in to the fears and relax back in to a place that one day begins to feel like too-tight shoes. It could be months later, or years, that you get that feeling again. It's the feeling that you deserve better, or that you have a gift of service you'd like to share with the world, or that you deserve love and support. Now the feeling is stronger, this time you realize that not pursuing greatness and expanding your divine purpose will be death. In fact, many people who become very ill realize they must make certain changes or they'll lose their physical life.

How will you go about letting go of any fears that might get in the way?

Facing the demons.

Like me, you've probably heard things like "feel the fear and do it anyway", or "how will you know if you don't try?" And as cliché as both sayings are, they're true. So how can any of us, who've had fears, learn to turn around, like in a bad dream, and face the assailant, our own fears themselves?

Every time I face my own self-defeating talk I take one step at a time. I eat one green frog first thing every morning, advised by Brian Tracy, before I lose the courage I need to get me to my goal. Then, propelled by that bit of success momentum, I eat the next green frog, or tackle the next thing I'm shaking in my boots about. It's magic!!

Everybody, even great achievers have days and maybe weeks that feel challenging. Even when you make up your mind to go after your dream, whatever it is for you, you may have days, weeks or months, when it seems nothing is going according to plan. It can seem as if things aren't working like they did the month or year before. If support systems for success are in place, a good friend can help lift you even while you're in the dark night of the soul.

Create Supportive Environments
What if environments, the people, places, and circumstances around you fail to remind you how wonderful you are, that you are All Potential!?? The diminishing effects that environments have, those that don't support your evolution to finding your potential for greatness, may have to be gradually changed.

There's Power in Letting Yourself Feel
Vision, Courage, New and Supportive Environments, and Modeling Great People are all assets to SELF GROWTH. Our best tool, however, is called Awareness. It allows us to look at even the most devastating feeling and shift it, just by allowing it to be there. What if you took your most deep-seated fear and just let it unwind in your hand, without rushing away from even the thought of it; and watched what happens. Pretty soon it would become like a tiny kitten, harmless and vulnerable.

And, like eating the green frog first, playing tricks on your fears and overcoming them will add to your own self estimation. Not only will you realize how powerful you are, you will recognize that all of those voices you've heard off and on throughout the years have nothing to do with you. Most of the time the voices were those of others who wanted company feeling badly; and, for a while that worked; now, it's time to break free. Now, it's time to create the new voice that belongs to a stronger you.

Being Through Breathing
With any seemingly overwhelming thought, or negative feeling simply watch it and breathe with it. Take long deep breaths. Focus only on the breath. Become your breathing for several minutes. Simply link yourself with your lifeline to the divine; and allow the gift of breath to transform any fears, or negativity, without your having to do anything else. Practice this daily, throughout the day, and especially when stressors appear that sound like, "good things can't happen for me, because I'm different".

Let all that thought become very still. Acknowledge it; breathe, and feel the truth.

Affirm...

I can breathe deeply. I can breathe freely. A greater part of me, other than my personality is watching my breath go in and out. I AM I.
